    Refunds only for irreparable defects without replacement. Resale only after 3 months, value may differ.

    Not allowed after packing unless defective. RM50 fee applies for change requests.

  10. Warranty and Repairs

    Online purchases require unboxing video within 48 hours. Warranty excludes physical/cosmetic damage.

  11. Intellectual Property

  12. Limitation of Liability

    No liability for indirect damages. Maximum liability is the product purchase price.

    Pembayaran penuh sebelum atau semasa pickup. Pemeriksaan laptop perlu dilakukan sendiri.

  8. Pemulangan dan Pengembalian Wang

    Dibenarkan jika kecacatan tidak boleh dibaiki & tiada unit gantian. Nilai jual semula berbeza.

  9. Pertukaran Model

    Tidak dibenarkan selepas pembungkusan kecuali rosak. Caj RM50 akan dikenakan untuk tukar model.

  10. Jaminan dan Pembaikan

    Perlu video unboxing dalam 48 jam. Jaminan tidak termasuk kerosakan fizikal/kosmetik.

  11. Hak Milik Intelektual

    Kandungan milik AJ GEEKS SDN BHD. Tidak boleh disalin atau digunakan tanpa izin.

  12. Had Tanggungjawab

    Syarikat tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerosakan tidak langsung. Had maksima adalah harga produk.

  13. Ganti Rugi

    Pengguna bersetuju untuk mengganti rugi kepada syarikat jika melanggar terma ini.

  14. Polisi Privasi

    Sila rujuk Polisi Privasi.

  15. Undang-Undang yang Mengawal

    Tertakluk pada undang-undang Malaysia.

  16. Perubahan Terma
